i have the right as a working artist to refuse requests with or without reason before payment.current commissions can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. i will be communicating as much as i can.i will be sending a sketch, flat colours, and then the render.i can make large changes up to the flat colour stage, and minor changes in the render phase
